Our hearts have been blessed!  We are grateful and send "sincere thanks" to our Macedonia Church Family and friends, for coming out to support and participate in our Mental Health Awareness Conference.  We thank the Mental Health Professionals who graciously came out to provide tools to teach us how to foster emotional awareness and find ways to promote healing and well-being.  A very "Special Thanks" goes out to our youth, for stepping up and stepping out, to speak on various mental health issues and concerns that may challenge them and learning ways to help them cope and navigate various mental health concerns.  Our Mental Health Conference was very well received and we hope everyone was able to take something away with them that may help them or someone else to build better self-confidence or even help manage and regulate feelings and emotions.  Self-care is very important, so please take care of yourselves and each other.  Again, thank you all for your support!  Please enjoy pictures from our Mental Health Conference:
