Advent Season began on Sunday, November 30, 2025, with the lighting of the first purple candle, representing "Hope" and preparing and reminding us of the journey of Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem, in anticipation of the birth of Jesus Christ.  The lighting of the second purple candle was lit on Sunday, December 7, 2025, representing "Peace." Sunday,  December 14, 2025, was Third Sunday of Advent, representing "Joy." The lighting of the Fourth candle was lit on Sunday, April 21, 2025, representing "Love." Advent Season ends on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, 2025, with the lighting of the white candle, representing "Christ" symbolizing the birth of Jesus.  Let's prepare our hearts to welcome him on Christmas!
